Shipping & Returns Policy
You can expect delivery of most items between 3 and 21 days of the receipt of your order. Note: While some items are shipped from us, certain items are delivered directly from the manufacturer. Heavy or oversized items are delivered to your home by local carriers. Natural Home reserves the right to request additional identification. If this is needed, we will contact you by e-mail. Your order will be processed as soon as we receive the requested information by e-mail or fax.
Shipping charges are calculated at the time you place your order. For large, oversized orders some recalculation may be necessary before we can ship. We will notify you by e-mail if there are changes to your shipping charges before we ship to you.
Easy Returns
We accept returns with prior notification for incorrect or damaged items only. All returned items must be unopened in original manufacturers packaging.
